Chair of Greater Manchester VCFSE Leadership Group, Grant Lead of The Accord

Warren has been leading Voluntary Sector North West (VSNW), a pivotal organisation championing the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise sector, as Chief Executive since 2014, after joining in 2008. Before that, he spent a decade at NAVCA, the national membership body for local infrastructure organizations supporting the voluntary and community sector.Warren's leadership extends across a number of other roles.

He is the Chair of the Greater Manchester VCFSE Leadership Group, a member of the Cheshire & Merseyside Health and Care Partnership ICB, Co-Chair of the NW Social Prescribing Network, and a member of the National Social Prescribing Network Steering Group. Warren is dedicated to ensuring the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise sector, in all its diversity, takes its full part in shaping the future of Greater Manchester and the North West.
