Chief Officer of Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh, Lead Officer of Wigan Borough VCFSE Infrastructure
Karen has worked in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector for over 25 years. She is proud to have worked in Wigan for the past eight years and has held the role of Chief Officer of Healthwatch Wigan and Leigh during this time.
Karen is passionate about Wigan and works closely with the communities, strategic partners and people of Wigan in working towards reducing the inequalities experienced by those who live and work in the Borough.
Karen has recently taken additional responsibility to provide leadership to co-create a voluntary sector infrastructure appropriate to our locality.
