Driven by principles of social justice and informed by evidenced experience, Gail has worked her way up from grass rotts housing activism to become Assistant Director of Housing for Manchester City Council before taking on the role of CEO of The Pankhurst Trust (Incorporating Manchester Women's Aid) in 2014.
Throughout her career she has been active in using her skills and networks to collaborate with others to develop and run inclusive services. A skilled negotiator with extensive experience in the planning and delivery of quality driven and continuously improving services, Gail has a strong track record of achieving values-led system wide integration.
