Videos: The importance of hearing the voice of lived experience in policy making

These videos have been produced to support work led by the Greater Manchester Equality Alliance (GM=EqAl) which promotes the inclusion of lived experience in policy making, as part of the Equalities workstream of the VCSE Accord.

By ensuring direct and first-hand experiences are leading the development of policy, and that those with lived experience truly have a voice in decision-making, we can better challenge inequality by ensuring services and policies are designed to better meet the needs of individuals and communities in Greater Manchester.
