Population Health Programme Report

10GM’s Population Health programme works with VCFSE Local Infrastructure Organisation partners in Greater Manchester and the VCFSE Leadership Group to bring together VCFSE (Voluntary, Community, Faith and Social Enterprise) organisations with NHS Greater Manchester, the Greater Manchester Combined Authority and others to strengthen the role and influence of the VCSE sector in Greater Manchester’s population health system, with an objective to actively contribute to a measurable improvement in the health of Greater Manchester residents.
