Shaping Co-production Together
Join and help shape the future of co-production in Greater Manchester
Last spring and summer, NHS Greater Manchester and partners from the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership (ICP) held a series of workshops to explore building a shared culture of co-production. These sessions kick-started important conversations about what co-production means and how to achieve consistency across our partnership.
However, we know that truly defining co-production requires more than internal discussions—it needs the voices and experiences of everyone involved.
They're inviting you to join us for a collaborative workshop to co-create a shared understanding of co-production that reflects the incredible work and diverse viewpoints from all sectors across Greater Manchester. Together we can define some of the action we can collectively take to embed coproduction across the Greater Manchester Integrated Care Partnership.
What to Expect
- Inspiring Presentations: Hear about innovative examples of co-production from across Greater Manchester.
- Interactive Discussions: Participate in dynamic, world café-style conversations designed to spark ideas and explore shared definitions of co-production.
- Networking Opportunities: Connect with colleagues, share best practices, and build new partnerships.
This workshop is your chance to play a key role in shaping a shared approach to co-production that will guide the work of the wider ICP and beyond.
